1. Competition is open to Australian residents only.
2. Competition begins 12:00 PM AEDST, 1st September 2018 and all entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM AEST 31st October 2018 (Offer Period) through the competition portal set up on Gleam.
3. A prize of 7 nights free boat hire aboard Queen Marie is on offer between the dates of 8th December 2018 & 15th December 2018. A maximum of 8 people are allowed aboard the boat and the winner reserves the right to fill the available spaces with people of their choosing.
4. Guests can board the Queen Marie from 4.00 pm on Friday the 7th of December 2018. The guests will have a 4 hour briefing commencing at 8.30 am on Saturday the 8th of December.
5. The charterers must return to Abell Point Marina by 9.00 am and depart by 10.00 am the following Saturday the 15th of December 2018.
6. This prize package DOES NOT include:
a) Flights or any travel expenses to Abell Point Marina.
b) Marine Park Charges – $34.50 per person.
c) The Bond Deposit Waiver (non – refundable) – $500.00 (covers all vessel insurances)
d) Fuel used during the charter.
e) Any Mooring or Day Fees at any of the resorts.
f) Any provisions (food or alcohol) purchased for the charter.
7. The Winner will be drawn shortly after the competition closes and the official announcement of all winners will be made via our Facebook page.
8. Prizes will need to be mailed to winners in the post via the mailing address supplied to us via private message on our Facebook Page with 2 days of receiving the correct mailing address details.
9. The owner of the Queen Marie reserves the right to disqualify any individual who has reason to believe has breached any terms and conditions, or tampered with the claim process.
